This trip will be to watch the Blue Angles during a training session followed with visit to the Naval Aviation Museum both of which are free events.  The museum can easily be an all day event with flight simulators and several jet fighter cockpits that you're able to get into.

DEPARTURE MEET-UP LOCATION:  Meet at 8:45am w/KSU @9:15am on Tuesday, September 10th in the Dunkin Donuts parking lot (838 E State Road 44, Wildwood, FL 34785) which is also near the Holiday Inn Express east of I-75 and SR 44.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS:  Fairfield Inn - 7325 Davis Hwy - Pensacola 32504.  Call 850-484-8001 and ask for the Gator Harley Riders Rate and secure room with your credit card.  The rate is $118.13 with tax.  There are 12 rooms on hold and a $20.00 per night hold will be charged and credited upon checkout if not used for incidentals.  Cancellations are 48 hours prior to arrival.

Wednesday evening (09/11), we can all ride over to the City of Bagdad where Sheriff Leroy Chicken claims he earned his Sheriff's star and where we'll find a restaurant to handle our group for celebrating another successful Three-day journey. 

NOTE:  To enter the base via motorcycle you must be in full safety riding gear - any long sleeve shirt is acceptable, gloves, long pants, high-top shoes or boots and helmet.

Open Event: This event is open to Chapter members, National H.O.G. members and other guests as desired.  All riders and passengers must sign a release. 

Impairment Policy: The consumption and use of alcohol is a serious personal responsibility involving the safety of family, riding friends and the individual HOG member. Alcohol consumption before or during a motorcycling activity is not safe, responsible behavior. Lake County Florida Chapter #0688 does not allow the use of alcohol or drugs before or during a riding event* and does not furnish alcohol at Chapter rides. Riders whose skills are observed or suspected to be impaired by alcohol or drugs before riding cannot join the ride. Riders using alcohol or drugs while riding will be asked to leave the ride. It is the responsibility of each Template Chapter member to support the consistent enforcement of this policy

Photography Policy: Photographing, filming, recording and videotaping of activities and events will be occurring Lake County Florida Chapter events. By entering the H.O.G.® event area, you irrevocably grant permission to the Harley-Davidson Motor Company® and its agents to photograph, film, record and/or videotape you and use (and authorize the use of) your name, image, likeness, voice, and/or biographical or other information in any and all media now known or hereinafter developed in perpetuity for any and all purposes.
