EMERGENCY REQUEST - BIKE FEST VOLUNTEERS

Hey Everyone, here’s the latest and greatest on the Volunteer Parking Sign Up for next week…  I appreciate the 31 Members that have signed up so far to help fill the 120 slots we need to fill!  A huge thank you!!  

That said, we are right down to the wire, Gator is asking me for the # of lunches we need, but we’ve still have 9 openings on Friday afternoon and 9 openings left on Saturday afternoon that need to be filled in order to successfully handle the parking for our Dealership!   PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, if you can spare 2 hours or 4 hours on Friday or Saturday or both, please let me know ASAP, we really need your help!  We have a lot of our Members that regularly help out on this event that are traveling this year and we could sure use some extra hands!  

Here’s what we need:  Friday:          12-2pm:  1 person
                                 2-4pm:    2 people
                                 4-6pm:    6 people
                      Saturday:        2-4pm:    2 people
                                4-6pm:    7 people                         

Pro Tip, the 4-6pm shift is generally a little lighter shift, kind of like the 8-10am shift is.   

**Remember, you get a $7.50 per hour worked credit on your Gator Harley Account that can be saved up or used anytime!    You’ll also get a free lunch for every 4 hours worked.  

At any rate, we really need the help if you can spare a couple hours or 4, we really need the help, PLEASE CALL ME or Better yet, TEXT ME, if you can help us get these few spots filled!  Thank you very, very much in advance!
